Access and hosting
The website is delivered through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites. Connection data such as IP address, access time, requested address, and browser and device details are processed to provide the website and protect it against misuse. The hosting infrastructure includes Cloudflare. Our purpose is secure, reliable delivery; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Display on your device
Only your chosen light or dark appearance is saved in local browser storage under “neli-r5-theme”. This supports your chosen display and remains until you delete the website data. You may change the setting at any time. The language is held in the page address. Fonts and images are loaded from this website; no external font or video services are embedded.
Forms, selection and calculator
Direct form delivery is currently disabled. Names, company details, email addresses, enquiries and selected functions are processed only in the running page’s memory for the review. They are neither sent to us nor saved persistently in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page discards these entries. Saved enquiry files remain on your device until you delete or share them. Calculator entries are also processed only on your device.
Direct contact
If you contact us by email or telephone, we use your details and enquiry to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual matters, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our interest in answering business enquiries. Enquiry information that is no longer required is deleted unless statutory retention obligations or outstanding claims require otherwise.
Recipients and processing
Technical providers process data as required for hosting, security or the contact channel you choose. Hosting scope, storage locations and international processing depend on the service and data protection agreement applicable to this Sites account. Exclusive storage in Germany is not promised. Technical log retention depends on the security purpose and hosting provider’s requirements. The linked provider notices explain that processing.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for the future.
